If JusticeNet is already helping you with a legal matter, JusticeNet will email you a letter during the week beginning Monday 21 September. You should receive it by Friday 25 September.

The letter will explain what the merger means for your matter and what you need to do next. Please read the letter carefully and follow the instructions in it.

Please check your spam or junk email folders if you cannot find your letter. If you have not it by Monday 28 September, please contact the person at JusticeNet who is helping you.

At this stage, Justice Connect are not yet able to accept new applications for legal help if you are not an existing client of JusticeNet.

If you’re in South Australia, please continue to apply for legal help directly from JusticeNet at justicenet.org.au. Please note that JusticeNet are operating at limited capacity while our two organisations bring our services and systems together. This means it may take longer than usual to assess your application and respond to you.

As part of your application to JusticeNet, you may be asked for permission to share your information with Justice Connect so you can continue getting help with your legal matter. If you do not provide this permission, JusticeNet will close your file and Justice Connect will not be able to continue working on your matter.

We will update this page once Justice Connect is able to accept new applications from SA.

If your organisation works with Justice Connect or JusticeNet, please continue contacting the people you already work with.

Our services are continuing, and we will share further information as the transition progresses and contact you directly if anything changes for your work with us.

Read our media release to learn more about why Justice Connect and JusticeNet are coming together to strengthen access to justice.
