Justice Connect’s submission, written in July 2021, calls for affordable access, community legal support, digital inclusion, and stronger laws to ensure this reform reaches and supports those most in need.
Justice Connect supports the development of a National Register of Enduring Powers of Attorney to help reduce financial elder abuse. Our submission includes 13 recommendations to ensure the Register is effective, equitable, and accessible.
