About our Seniors Law
program
Some older people face complex legal problems, like elder abuse, but can’t afford the legal help they need, or don’t know they need it in the first place.
Our Seniors Law team integrates lawyers in the services older Australians use, so we can identify legal need and provide seniors with free legal help.
We work with healthcare providers to reach out to people who can’t afford a lawyer, or don’t know they have a legal problem in the first place. By training healthcare professionals, we can identify legal risks early, and provide older people with the right legal help before problems can escalate.
