Apply for free legal help
Our team of lawyers work to provide free legal information, advice, and referrals for people who are experiencing financial problems.
Once you’ve made an application and we’ve checked your eligibility, we will assess what type of help we can provide, which may include legal information, advice, connecting you with a free lawyer, or helping you represent yourself in court.
Am I eligible?
You may be eligible if you are experiencing some of the following legal problems:
- Your debt is making it hard to pay your rent
- You have received fines connected to your experience of homelessness
- You are at risk of becoming bankrupt
- You are taking your employer to court for wage theft
- You are experiencing financial elder abuse
We also take into account your financial means and any special circumstances when deciding if we’re able to assist you.
If you’re not sure, you can apply for help online, and we’ll ask you a few questions to check your eligibility and help match you with the right Justice Connect service.
