Nobody should be the victim of sexual harassment. But in some states, it’s not against the law to sexually harass volunteers. We’re working to ensure all volunteers and unpaid workers are given full legal protection from sexual harassment, and that charities can act to prevent harassment in their organisation.

As part of our strategy to help end sexual harassment, we share what we’ve learned from our work in submissions to Royal Commissions and provide recommendations to governments.
As a member of the Power to Prevent Coalition, we strongly support the recommendations of Respect@Work, the Sex Discrimination Commissioner’s report into sexual harassment at work.
