Justice Connect’s Workers’ Resource Hub supports Victoria’s community-based support workers to help people facing homelessness address their legal needs.

The hub was built by Justice Connect Homeless Law, following an extensive user-centred, co-design process involving support workers from across the Victorian community sector. As a suite of resources, it gives frontline workers in Victoria access to plain-language legal information, so they can better understand and identify legal problems and connect their clients with legal help before they escalate.

How the Workers’ Resource Hub can help your clients

Justice Connect’s Workers’ Resource Hub is a searchable online suite of legal resources for frontline community workers supporting people facing homelessness.

On the website, you can find practical guides, factsheets, and templates to assist in identifying and supporting your clients to tackle legal problems related to:

  • Housing & tenancy
  • Fines & infringements
  • Consumer debt
  • Criminal law & intervention orders

The hub also contains referral information for Justice Connect and other specialised services that can help people experiencing or at risk of homelessness in Victoria.
